NexaLife has taken on operations management of the "Raz" project
- The Raz Building, the newest building under NexaLife’s management
With the growth of its portfolio of managed buildings, NexaLife has added the operation of the Raz residential-commercial building to its services. Located in the Elahieh district of Tehran, the project has joined NexaLife’s managed projects with the aim of preserving the building’s quality, providing professional services, and creating a pleasant living experience.
The Raz residential-commercial building stands on a plot of 1,568 square meters and comprises 28 residential units across 7 floors, along with 4 underground floors used for parking and storage, and 2 commercial units. Its architectural design was carried out by Kelyas Kavir Architecture Office, and its investment and construction were handled by the Ramezan Group.
The complex’s amenities include a residential lobby, a courtyard, shared corridors, a pool, a sauna, a gym, parking, and a green roof: spaces whose professional management plays an important role in the quality of the living experience and in preserving the building’s value over the long term.
