Karama, a 21-story building located in District 1 of Tehran, has officially entered its operational phase. With this milestone, daily life in the building has begun, and its spaces are now actively in use.

Nexalife is responsible for the operation and management of Karama. By providing building operation services and exclusive hoteling services, Nexalife ensures a high-quality daily experience for residents. Currently, 16 Nexalife staff members are continuously present in Karama, overseeing management, maintenance, and support across all areas of the building.

  • Karama’s shared facilities include a children’s playroom, study room, squash court, private cinema, café, and other communal spaces. These areas are actively managed and supported by the Nexalife team and form an integral part of the residents’ daily routines.

    The start of operations at Karama marks a new phase—one in which the building transitions from a completed project into a vibrant, lived-in environment. The building management by Nexalife and the consistent presence of staff ensure the quality of daily life.
