NexaLife spoke about its approach to quality of life at the "Pulse of the Future" event

  • Dr. Emami’s talk at the “Pulse of the Future” event

NexaLife spoke about its approach to managing building operations, and its role in improving residents’ quality of life, at the “Pulse of the Future” event. The event was hosted by Nexa Group to introduce the Daman Project and was attended by a group of real estate professionals.

At the event, Dr. Emami, a board member of NexaLife, gave a talk outlining the company’s philosophy. Emphasizing NexaLife’s lifestyle-oriented approach, he said: “What we offer is not just building management or a set of services; it is the creation of an experience that leads to comfort, satisfaction, and well-being for residents.”

Noting that NexaLife’s work is tied, more than anything, to people and the quality of the relationships between them, he described human resources as the company’s most important asset. He added that the quality of living depends not only on a building’s design and amenities, but is also shaped by how services are delivered, by everyday interactions, and by the culture that forms within a building.

Creating a lasting experience of living

Dr. Sharareh Emami also named building a culture of communal living as one of NexaLife’s main goals. She stated that operations management shows its true value when, alongside preserving the building’s quality, it can provide residents with a pleasant and lasting experience of living.

At the close of the presentation, the slogan “Leave it to us” (“Be Ma Bespārid”) was introduced as a reflection of NexaLife’s approach, one built on expertise, accountability, attention to detail, and the creation of a different kind of residential experience.

NexaLife’s presence at the “Pulse of the Future” event gave real estate professionals a chance to become better acquainted with the importance of professional operations management, its role in preserving the long-term value of residential projects, and its effect on residents’ quality of life.
